Refunds & Returns Policy:


Here at Buzzbikes we take a common sense approach to Refunds & Returns, if you have any issues with your purchase please contact us by filling out this form. We do all that is practically possible to resolve any issues, this may include sending a spare part, return of the item(s) to our warehouse for inspection or repair, offering a full refund or replacement. 


All our products carry a 6 month warranty. If after 6 months your product develops a fault we will also be happy to help fix. We carry spares for all our popular products, any parts that we do not stock can be ordered at the customers request. 


Buzzbikes complies with EU distance selling rules.

If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchased product, you may return the goods to Buzzbikes within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be returned in the same unopened condition that they were received in.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return postage cost of the goods. It is advisable that if the buyer use a “tracked package” option, as Buzzbikes will not be liable for any non-receipt of goods that cannot be proved with Proof of Delivery signature.
  • The goods are the buyers responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. If we do not receive a tracking number within 14 days of your initial correspondence (stating that you wish to return the unopened/unused item), we are NOT obliged to accept the return.


Faulty/Defective Goods:

Buzzbikes accepts reasonable returns postage charges and will also refund you for these once proof of postage is supplied. In some cases depending on value of the goods, buzzbikes may opt to send a courier to collect  the faulty/defective item(s).
